It’s time to renew your Club Membership!!

It’s the last 48 hours for you to renew your club membership before incurring an extra $25 for the yearly membership. So please submit it before March 31 passes or you’ll be subject to that additional cost. 

There are several ways to pay your membership dues, but the easiest method is via e-transfer at the following email address:

IMPORTANT! To avoid paying extra on your membership dues, we strongly suggest you to renew prior to April 1st, 2026.

LAM Monthly Club Meetings CANCELLED

Hello everyone,

This months monthly meeting on Wednesday, October 1 has been cancelled due to a lack of availability by the directorship in order to ensure quorum. The directorship alternatively encourages everyone to pick a Tim Hortons and go for some coffee and donuts. We’ll leave that up to you to arrange. See you next month.

Crash and Burn rescheduled to Saturday October 4th

Hello club members,

Saturday October 4th at 6 PM is the newly rescheduled date for the annual Crash and Burn at the field.  Sunday, October 5 will be the back up rain day.

There will be barbeque with burgers, hot dogs, pop and water.

There will be a fire in the evening.

There will be night flying.

This is open only the club members and their partners/spouses/families. Not open to the general public. It should be a lot of fun.

We hope to see you out there.

Make sure you bring anything that you’ve crashed that you want to toss in the fire!

FYI, club members are welcome to arrive prior to 6 PM and fly during the morning afternoon as per usual.

FYI #2 – if there is a chance of rain and we need to go to the backup date of the 5th the directors will send out an email by 4:00 PM on the 4th.

Crash and Burn CANCELLED

Hello everyone,

 

Due to the windy cold conditions and the potential for rain this evening the directorship has cancelled the crash and burn for today.

We are looking at essentially postponing it for another date. Stay tuned… we will communicate that in the near future.

First LAM Meeting coming up

Just a reminder the first LAM monthly meeting of the year is Wednesday, September 10th. 

I repeat on the 10th. Which is the second Wednesday for this month coming up. After this month, we will return to the first Wednesday of each month.

Time: 7-9pm (doors open at 6:30 PM)
